Qui troverete anche uno scalda scarponi che si accende/spegne automaticamente. È vietato portare gli sci, bastoncini e scarponi in casa. Freizeitgestaltung G enauere Informationen finden Sie in den beigelegten Broschuren und im Tourismusverein. Für Fragen stehen Ihnen ein Bergführer, Wanderbegleiter sowie Skilehrerin im Haus zur Verfügung. Ski Depot D ie Ski, Rutscher, Rodeln, Stöcke können in der kleinen Holzhütte hinter dem Haus abgestellt werden. Hier befindet sich auch ein Skischuhtrockner der sich automatisch ein- und ausschaltet. Die Hütte ist mit einem Kombinationsschloss ausgestattet. Die Skier und Skischuhe dürfen nicht in der Wohnung gebracht werden. Für eventuelle Diebstähle wird nicht gehaftet.

Freizeitgestaltung You will find useful information’s in the brochure or at the Tourist Office Ortisei. For other requests we have an alpine guide, a hiking guide and a skiing teacher in our house. Ski Depot At the backside of the house there is a little wood-house where you can bring your skis. You can also close the wood-house. There is also an automatic ski-boot dryer that you can use free of charge. The ski depot is not guarded. Please do not enter with the skis in the apartment. It is is strictly forbidden to enter and deposit  the ski boots in the rooms!

Quello grande è per i rifiuti restanti, invece negli altri contenitori Vi preghiamo voler buttare separatamente vetro, barattoli, plastica, carta e cartone. Mülltrennung Bitte folgen Sie der Stiege bis hinter dem Haus, dort befinden sich die im Holzhäusschen die Mülleimer. Glas, Dosen, Plastik, Karton und Papier bitten wir Sie getrennt in die jeweiligen Behältern zu geben!

Garbage separation please follow the steps where you will find under the big steps different pails for the different garbage (glass, cans, plastic, cardboard and paper). Please come to us so we will explain you everything in the detail. Please help us to separate the garbage and respect the nature!

Safe Im kleinen Schrank gleich am Eingang der Wohnung befindet sich der Safe. Der Schlüssel ist am Wohnungsschlüssel befestigt.

Safe Inside the locker at the entrance of the apartment is the safe which is at your disposal. The key is attached to the apartment key.

E’ severamente vietato entrare nelle stanze (eccetto il corridoio) con gli scarponi da sci. Inoltre Vi preghiamo sempre di controllare di avere le scarpe pulite e possibilmente di non entrare nelle stanze da letto con le scarpe.

Es ist strengstens verboten die Wohnung mit Skischuhen zu betreten und diese dort zum trocknen zu lassen (siehe Ski Depot). Bitte achten Sie auch immer darauf beim betreten der Räume saubere Schuhe zu haben.

1. Please do not enter and dry the skies and ski-boots in the rooms! See the voice “Ski depot”. In the other rooms please enter only with clean shoes.

E’ severamente vietato fumare in tutto l’appartamento! A causa di possibile caduta neve dal tetto è severamente vietato calpestare/sostare il prato/giardino esterno adiacente la strada (prego utilizzare esclusivamente la zona pavimentata). Grazie per la comprensione.

In der ganzen Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden! Auf Grund von möglichen Dachlawinen ist es, im Winter, strengstens verboten den äußeren Garten entlang der Straße zu betreten (nur gepflasterten Gehweg verwenden). Danke vielmals für Ihre Rücksicht.

For sauna lovers, the sauna is quite an adventure in itself. At your arrival you became tickets to enter gratis at “Mar Dolomit” Swimmingpool and steam Sauna    (300 m from our house).

Der Junior-Eigentümer des Hauses kann Ihnen als Mittelgebirgsführer auch Ratschläge für mittlere Bergtouren geben.

This weekly programme is designed to give you an overview of what you can find in the stunning Val Gardena area. As guest of Apartments Dolomie you can take part gratis or by reduced price at the hole program. The junior owner of the house can also give you advice on medium mountain tours, being a medium mountain guide.

Patrick , pilota di parapendio e biposto, guida escursionistica certificata altoatesina e guida mountain bike altoatesina, è affascinato dalla natura delle Dolomiti sin dalla mia infanzia, forse perché sono nato con essa. Non è un caso che mio padre fosse una guida alpina fin da piccolo e che abbia avuto un'influenza decisiva sulla storia della montagna delle Dolomiti gardenesi. La mia missione: vorrei offrire a tutti gli escursionisti un'esperienza escursionistica unica e duratura e un valore aggiunto personale. Già da bambino ero affascinato sfaccettature più belle e i luoghi segreti più particolari della Val Gardena. Fedele al motto: un'esperienza WOW. dalle escursioni e posso affermare di conoscere le

Mein Leitbild: ich möchte jedem Mitwanderer ein bleibendes  und einzigartiges Wandererlebnis geben und einen persönlichen Mehrwert anbieten. Schon als Kind reizte mich das Wandern und kann behaupten wohl die schönsten Facetten und besonderen Geheimplätze in Gröden zu kennen. Ganz nach dem Motto: Ein WOW Erlebnis.

Patrick , paragliding and biplace pilot, certified South Tyrolean hiking guide and South Tyrolean mountain bike guide, has been fascinated by nature in the Dolomites since my childhood, perhaps because I was born with it. It is no coincidence that my father was a mountain guide from a very young age and had a decisive influence on the mountain history of the Gardena Valley Dolomites. My mission statement: I would like to give every fellow hiker a lasting and unique hiking experience and offer a personal added value. Already as a child I was fascinated by hiking and can claim to know the most beautiful facets and special secret places in Val Gardena. True to the motto: A WOW experience.

Ines , ex atleta di sci alpino (vice campione nazionale), istruttore di sci certificato e lavora presso la Scuola di sci di Ortisei. Ines parla quattro lingue: ladino, tedesco, italiano e inglese. Ines e la scuola di sci e snowboard Ortisei sono a vostra disposizione. I corsi collettivi e le lezioni private con la Scuola di sci di Ortisei possono essere prenotati anche internamente.

Ines, ex Ski Alpin Athletin (Vize Landesmeisterin), geprüfte Skilehrerin und in der Skischule St. Ulrich tätig. Professionell spricht Ines vier sprachen: ladinisch, deutsch, italienisch und englisch. Ines und die Ski & Snowboardschule St. Ulrich stehen Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Kollektivkurse und Privatstunden mit der Skischule St. Ulrich können Sie auch im Hause buchen. All’arrivo Le verrà consegnata la Val Gardena Mobil Card che Le permetterà la mobilità gratuita con lo skibus della Val Gardena per tutta la Sua permanenza. La stazione skibus si trova a 50 m dalla casa (vedi tabella di marcia nella mappa Info o sulla App gratuita Val Gardena Guestinfo).

Bei Ankunft erhalten Sie die Val Gardena Mobil Card die Ihnen die freie Fahrt mit allen öffentlichen Bussen und Skibussen in Gröden und in Südtirol während Ihrer gesam- ten Aufenthaltsdauer ermö- glicht. Die Skibus-haltestelle befindet sich 50 m von unserem Haus entfernt (siehe Fahrplan in Info-Mappe oder auf der kostenlosen App Val Gardena Guestinfo).

You receive at your arrival the Val Gardena Mobil Card who gives you the mobility free of charge for all the skibuses and public buses of Val Gardena during your hole holiday.
